When life hits you hard, a comfort blanket can sometimes help. Like family and friends, the patchwork pieces hold the hare together. Some are worn and some are new and some of the stitching is strained, but still the blanket remains a source of warmth and comfort.
Gail became a self-employed artist in 2011. Her time is split between producing gallery and commissioned pieces and studying for a Forensic Psychology degree. She paints at home in her studio but also goes out on location to complete murals and private interior commissions. Gail prefers to work in acrylics for the bulk of her output, but also enjoys pen and ink illustration.
